1. About Us

This website is operated by Glass Star UK Ltd, trading as Mind Glow Glass UK.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our” and “Seller” refer to Glass Star UK Ltd trading as Mind Glow Glass UK.

By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products and Orders

We specialise in mirrors, LED mirrors, engraved glass and bespoke decorative glass products.

Many of our products are handmade, made to order, personalised or manufactured to individual customer specifications.

Product descriptions, dimensions, specifications and available options are provided on the relevant product page. Customers are responsible for checking that the selected product, dimensions and options are suitable before completing an order.

For bespoke or personalised products, customers are responsible for checking and approving supplied names, wording, dimensions, artwork, logos and other personalised details.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

The total price, including any applicable delivery charges, will be displayed before the order is completed.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, description or technical errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding.

4. Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted an order for manufacture.

We may contact the customer if additional information, measurements, artwork or confirmation is required.

If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, any payment received for the affected order will be refunded.

5. Personalised, Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products

Products manufactured to individual customer specifications or clearly personalised may not normally be cancelled or returned simply because the customer changes their mind once production has begun.

This includes, for example:

• personalised engravings,
• custom dimensions,
• company logos,
• bespoke mirror designs,
• personalised glass panels,
• products manufactured to individual specifications.

This does not affect statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied.

6. Product Information & Photo Disclaimer

All product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes.

Due to differences in monitor settings, screen calibration, lighting conditions and photographic processing, actual colours may vary slightly from those displayed on screen.

As many of our mirrors, engraved products and decorative glass panels are handmade, slight variations in colour, engraving depth, illumination effect or finish may occur.

Where colour matching is critical to a project, customers should contact us before ordering so that we can provide additional information or photographs where available.

7. LED Mirror Information

Our LED mirrors are manufactured using quality components and are tested before dispatch.

Please note:

• LED lighting provides decorative and functional illumination.
• Colour temperature and perceived brightness may vary slightly between production batches.
• Electrical installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified person where required.
• Damage resulting from incorrect or improper installation may not be covered by the product warranty.

8. Installation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the wall, mounting surface and chosen fixings are suitable for the size and weight of the product.

Installation instructions supplied with the product should be followed.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, unsuitable fixings or failure to follow supplied installation instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Electrical products should be installed in accordance with applicable electrical and building regulations.

9. Custom Design Service

We manufacture bespoke products including:

• custom-sized mirrors,
• personalised engravings,
• company logos,
• hotel and commercial projects,
• interior-design projects,
• one-off decorative glass products.

Customers requiring a bespoke product should contact us before ordering where the required specification is not available directly through the website.

10. Delivery

Production, dispatch and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please inspect mirrors and glass products promptly after delivery and report any damage as soon as possible in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

11. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products

Returns, refunds, damaged goods and incorrect products are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory consumer rights.

12. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, photographs, original product designs, graphics, descriptions, branding and visual content created by or for Mind Glow Glass UK remain protected by applicable intellectual-property and copyright law.

Content owned by us may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

Customer-supplied logos, graphics or artwork remain the responsibility of the customer. By supplying such material for reproduction or engraving, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission for us to use it to fulfil the order.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow product instructions where such loss was not caused by a defect in the product.

For business customers, additional terms may be agreed separately for bespoke or commercial projects.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices or legal requirements.

The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights available to customers under applicable law.
