LUNA BACKLIT LED BATHROOM MIRROR
The LUNA LED Mirror combines a clean frameless design with an elegant illuminated halo around the mirror. Its simple rectangular shape complements modern, minimalist and traditional bathrooms, en-suites and cloakrooms.
Choose your preferred size, control method and optional demister. The light brightness can be adjusted with compatible control options.
LIGHT COLOUR
LUNA is available with a choice of:
• Warm white light
• White light
After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm your preferred light colour before the mirror is dispatched.
DIMMABLE LED LIGHTING
The brightness can be adjusted to create softer ambient lighting or stronger practical illumination.
• Touch sensor – tap to switch the light on or off and press continuously to adjust the brightness
• Motion sensor – move your hand near the sensor to switch the light on or off and hold your hand near the sensor to adjust the brightness
• Wall switch – operated using an external wall switch
• KNX smart home control – operation depends on the configuration of the compatible KNX installation
The available dimming functions depend on the selected control configuration.
OPTIONAL DEMISTER
LUNA is available with or without a demister pad. The heated pad helps reduce condensation in the main viewing area after a bath or shower.

NEED A CUSTOM SIZE?
If the size you require is not listed, we can manufacture a LUNA mirror to your individual dimensions. Please complete our bespoke enquiry form with the required width, height, preferred light colour and control configuration.
Custom-sized mirrors are quoted and ordered separately from the standard product options above.
Delivery, Warranty & Returns
Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days.
All mirrors are delivered using a tracked courier service and are carefully packed in protective packaging designed specifically for glass products.
Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. Additional charges or longer delivery times may apply to the Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland.
Warranty
Your mirror is covered by our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and mirror silvering defects under normal indoor use, subject to correct installation and care.
We are a UK-registered business providing UK-based customer support.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect your mirror and its packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If you notice any damage, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours. Include your order number and photographs of the mirror and its packaging. Please retain all packaging until we have advised you what to do next.
Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve the matter with the carrier. Reporting it after 48 hours does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
Please contact us before arranging a return. Mirrors are fragile products and must be returned using appropriate protective packaging and a suitable courier service.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying the direct return delivery cost, which depends on the size of the mirror and your collection location.
If the product is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover the reasonable return or collection cost.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
